Deposit

If you are booking with us for the first time and would like a firm reservation, we ask you to transfer a deposit of € 100,00 to our account, unless otherwise agreed by email. In case of cancellation, please inform us as early as possible.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 a.m.

Payment

You are welcome to pay by cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). For cash payments we offer a 1,5% discount on the total amount

Cancellation

Please note that room cancellations are only accepted in writing. The cancellation policy is as follows: If you cancel up to 1 month before your holiday start date, there is no cancellation fee. Cancellations between 1 month and 3 days before your holiday start date will be charged with the deposit of 100,00 euro. Cancellations within 3 days before the start of your holiday will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked arrangement.

Please understand that it is possible to book room categories, but not specific rooms or floors.

Guest Pass Alto Adige/Südtirol

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure
▪ Purpose
The personal data provided will be transmitted to the single coordinating body of the Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and to provide the associated services.
▪ Recipient
In connection with the issue of the Guest Pass, your data will be transmitted to the Mobilitätskonsortium, VAT Nr. 02735170215, which acts as the cardholder and unified coordinating body and assumes the role of autonomous data controller in processing the transferred data.
