The Sciliar-Catinaccio Nature Park in the South Tyrolean Dolomites is home to a Nature Park House and an Information Point for visitors. Covering an area of 6,796 hectares, the park extends between the villages of Siusi, Fiè, and Tires, bounded on the east by the Catinaccio mountain range. The park includes the Alpe di Siusi, the largest high alpine pasture in Europe, as well as the surrounding mountain forests and the Ciamin valley. At the Nature Park House, housed in a former sawmill, visitors can learn more about the structure of the Sciliar massif. The saw itself is also worth seeing, being a fully functional water-powered Venetian saw that houses an original living area. Meanwhile, an information point at the pond of Fiè offers information about the flora, fauna, and bird life of the park, complete with prepared specimens and corresponding bird calls. A new addition to the park is the Nature Park House in Siusi allo Sciliar.
